Rentals are based on an hourly rate with a 15% service fee. Tips are not included in the rental price. Clients are responsible for any required parking fees that must be paid. For example, Fed Ex Field charges $100 for limo and bus parking. This parking fee cannot be paid with a regular parking pass and is unavoidable. We, MGN Limo LLC, require a 25% non-refundable deposit when booking a reservation. We will charge the remaining balance 48 hours prior to your reservation date. 100% of your reservation amount is non-refundable. Failure to pay the remaining balance in time will result in the cancellation of your reservation. There will be a 10-minute grace period for your booking. For example, if you reserve a vehicle until 8:00 pm and your trip finishes around 8:05 pm, you will not be charged. If you pass the 10-minute grace period, you will be charged an overage fee. Overage fees are calculated in 30-minute periods with half of the hourly price. For example, if you are paying $150 per hour for your reservation, you will be charged $75 at 8:15 pm. An additional $75 will be charged if you surpass 8:30 pm as that is when the second 30-minute period begins. All fees will be charged on the same credit card provided for the reservation.

MGN Limo LLC requires a 25% non-refundable deposit when booking a reservation. We require a 48-hour notice prior to your reservation to notify us of the cancellation of your reservation. This will result in a loss of the 25% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Clients are all responsible for damages to the interior and exterior of the vehicle that is caused by the clients. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if the interior of the vehicle has been left with food, gum, spills, has been excessively soiled, or smoked in. Fees will be applied to the credit card provided for the reservation. MGN Limo LLC has the right to discharge any passenger or terminate the travel service with no refund if there is any activity that interferes with the operation of the vehicle or if there is illegal conduct/activity. This includes, but is not limited to; the consumption of alcohol by minors, the use of illegal drugs, handling dangerous weapons in an inappropriate manner, etc.

We, MGN Limo LLC, are not responsible for; items left in our vehicles during/after your reservation, delays due to unexpected weather conditions/natural disasters, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, costs, inconvenience, and indirect damages.

Clients must accept a substituted/changed vehicle if there has been a breakdown/safety concern in the current vehicle that the reservation has been made with.

We do not provide alcoholic beverages. Clients are able to bring their own beverages into the vehicle. Please be aware of your actions as MGN Limo LLC has the right to remove passengers if there is any interference with the travel service. There is a 100% no smoking policy on ALL of our vehicles that we provide.
